Our Refund Policy

At Skin Wisdom, we want you to love your skincare products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please note we offer free shipping on all orders, but returns are subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Refunds:

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with seals intact where applicable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless there's a defect (e.g., damaged upon arrival or allergic reaction verified by a photo).

Refund Process:

Contact our support team at Sales@skinwisdom.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs to prevent return fraud. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 5-7 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Fees and Deductions:

A 10-15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling, repackaging, and affiliate commissions (we pay 20% to partners, which may be non-recoverable). No refunds on gift cards, bundles, or sale items unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable (though we don't charge them initially).

Exceptions:

Defective or damaged products: Full refund or replacement, including return shipping covered by us.

Allergic reactions: We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis—provide evidence (e.g., doctor's note or photos) for expedited processing. No refunds after 30 days, but we may offer store credit for goodwill.
