How Skin Wisdom works with Oily & Blemish Prone Skin

According to the American Academy of Dermatology, 8 out of 10 teenagers and many adults have acne, representing a significant life long problem of many people. Acne is a condition that shows up as blackheads, pimples and cysts.

The hair follicles or pores in skin contain sebaceous glands that make a lubricating oil. Most of the time, the glands make the right amount and pores are fine. But sometimes, a pore gets clogged up with too much sebum and dead skin cells. This clogging results in acne.

Skin Wisdom helps control and resolve acne related problems in three ways:

• Our gentle, Self-Activating Cleanser thoroughly removes make up and the dirt of civilization to help clear and prevent clogged pores.
• Our products place a 10-12 hour barrier over skin reducing injury and helping to promote recovery and rejuvenation. Skin Wisdom products are safe to use on sensitive and troubled skin. They do not contain acids or artificial exfoliating ingredients. 
• Bacteria thrives in moist and wet environments. Skin Wisdom creates a dry barrier on the surface of the skin that does not interfere with respiration while essentially robbing bacteria, viruses, and fungus of the moisture necessary to live. Breakouts are reduced and skin begins to look better faster.

There may be an acclamation period for some skin types and/or following other Regimens. A small percentage may experience dry skin or have a breakout during the normalizing period.

Oily & Blemish Prone Skin Regimen

Step One: Calm Skin down with Skin Wisdom Face & Body Wash

Cleanse skin thoroughly first with Skin Wisdom Face & Body Wash. It's gentle foaming non-alkaline soap is ph balanced. Rinse at least 3-times.

Step Two: Nurture & Protect Skin with Skin Wisdom Rescue Spray

After cleansing, spray a fine mist of Skin Wisdom Rescue Spray over your skin, then pat or air dry. This places a light, non-oily barrier of protection and a layer of Oxygen on the skin, helping to promote recovery and rejuvenation. Rescue Spray goes on instantly. A 10-12 hour barrier of protection is placed on the skin. Rescue Spray will not sweat off or rub off.

Step Three: Once the Skin is completely calmed down use Skin Wisdom Self-Activating Cleanser at night.

Once the skin is calmed down, at nighttime, gently dab a thin layer of Self-Activating Cleanser over dry skin. Wait 15-30 seconds and pat off with a soft dry cloth. Wash face with Face & Body wash, rinse thoroughly. Pat dry and spray a fine mist of Rescue Spray.

Use Rescue Spray twice or more each day to ensure a full 24-hour protective barrier. Rescue Spray is clear and clean, as well as fast and easy to use.
